• Low Impact Development Site Design - smart-growth site analysis that considers floodplains, wetlands, endangered species, and riparian buffers to plan a project sensitive to the existing environment. Engineering designs promote open space and protect, restore, and enhance natural environments.

In addition to the services listed above, Duffield Associates can assist in identifying sustainable design and green building funding sources and can assist with development of grant applications. Our engineering and construction review services can provide assessments and documentation to demonstrate green building practices in the design and construction phases of the project, respectively.
