Duffield Associates was selected to assist the U.S. Army Corps (USACE), Philadelphia District during several Federal Stimulus projects in Delaware and Maryland during 2009-2010. 

Our representatives provided both full time and part time residency on 5 project sites as a liaison between the USACE and contractors.  Our team also provided:

• quality control and quality assurance
• project cost summaries
• review of safe work practices
• daily/final project documentation and close out

Duties included

• Facilitating the Corps’ established three-phased quality control/quality assurance construction sequence
• Reviewing the contractor’s quality control programs
• Performing field review of construction activities
• Preparing daily quality assurance reports
