DEPT. OF MOTOR VEHICLES FACILITY PARKING IMPROVEMENTS

Duffield Associates provided engineering consulting services for the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) inspection station in New Castle, Delaware as requested by the State of Delaware, Division of Facilities Management. 

The existing DMV needed to increase their number of parking spaces to meet their increased demand.  In addition, there was a need to improve the safety component of site access.

Services provided included design of the parking lot and access reconfiguration.  In addition, Duffield Associates prepared a resubdivision plan in accordance with New Castle County’s Unified Development Code (UDC).
