POSITION: Water Resources/Civil Engineer Project Manager

OFFICE: Position in Wilmington, DE, Cape May Court House, NJ, and Carlisle, PA

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Provide senior engineering support and manage multiple water resource and infrastructure projects. Candidates should have extensive technical knowledge and the ability to successfully manage both manpower and financial resources. Responsibilities include hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, design of groundwater recharge and stormwater management systems, flood plain analysis, HEC modeling and site design. Some fieldwork and attendance at client functions may be required. It is expected that this position will approve project schedules, budgets and QA/QC plans, serve as primary client contact, keep clients informed of progress and issues and respond to client needs, and prepare proposals, contracts and presentations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will possess, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree, a DE PE license and eight to twelve years of experience in water resources engineering. Typical projects include, but are not limited to; developing regional stormwater solutions, performance of watershed studies, performance of flood studies, land development, water/wastewater infrastructure, feasibility evaluations, etc. Strong communication, project management, computer and business development skills needed. Ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with other professionals in a team building environment.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree
Licensed P.E.
