POSITION:Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager

OFFICE: Position in Carlisle, PA

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Provide senior engineering direction, manage multiple civil engineering projects and perform business development efforts to grow the civil engineering practice in firm’s regional office.  Candidate must be capable of managing the technical aspects of projects, schedules, budgets, and quality of the delivered product as well as marketing and managing public and private sector clients.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must be a PA licensed Professional Engineer with ten or more years of experience in civil engineering.  Experience and knowledge in the PA land development approval process, design of public projects, preparation of stormwater management plans, erosion and sedimentation control plans and NPDES permit applications is a must.  Strong communication, project management, CAD, computer and business development skills required. Candidate should have the ability to work closely with other professionals in a team environment. Related water resources, geotechnical or environmental experience a plus.  LEED AP credential is also desirable.

Bachelor's Degree
Licensed P.E.
