INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT FOR GEOTECHNICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES ON PUBLIC SECTOR PROJECTS

Duffield Associates was awarded three, three year, open ended contracts to provide professional staff to the Division of Facilities Management (DFM) to perform a broad range of engineering services. DFM coordinates planning, development, and construction of various facilities for the State ranging from prison facilities to schools. As consultants to the State, Duffield Associates services have included specialized environmental, geotechnical and structural engineering, and construction administration services. Construction services have varied from full service review to providing Resident Project Representatives, responsible for all aspects of successful project completion, at three building development sites. Project involvement during this contract has included:

• Buena Vista Cottage- Structural evaluation and preparation of engineered drawings
• Collins Building- Pavement evaluation and remedial analysis
• Delaware Correctional Center- Environmental, construction review services

• Dept. of Agriculture Lab Building - Construction review services
• Dept. of Motor Vehicles - Pavement remediation and design
• Dept. of Motor Vehicles New Facility - Geotechnical evaluation and construction review services
• Dover Prison - Environmental services, geotechnical evaluation, construction review services
• Forensic Mental Health Facility - Environmental services, geotechnical evaluation, construction review
• Governor's Mansion - Environmental evaluation, paving and mortar review
• Juvenile Detention Facility - Geotechnical evaluation and construction review services
• Legislative Hall - Structural review
• Morris Work Release Center - Environmental, permitting, geotechnical evaluation and construction review
• New Castle County Courthouse - Environmental services, geotechnical evaluation, construction review
• NCCo Fire Training Facility - Environmental, geotechnical, construction review
• Pavement Maintenance - Engineering consulting for maintenance and repair of DAS/DFM managed facilities statewide.
