Duffield Associates completed environmental and geotechnical studies in support of subsequent design, remediation and construction phases of the 80+ acre main campus including six office buildings, the parking garage and substantial paving.

Duffield Associates also provided creative stormwater management solutions which enabled temporary structures to be easily converted to permanent structures with limited conversion costs. The stormwater design minimized overall land coverage, maximized aesthetics while being sensitive to costs. The solution for stormwater management enhanced environmental site conditions through replenishment of wetlands with stormwater from clean roof sources and restored a graded stream bed. These improvements were well received by citizen groups, which help maintain support for the project.

Structural engineering services included the design of a private vehicular bridge to connect the north and south campuses of this pharmaceutical company's new office and laboratory campus.

During the construction phase, Duffield Associates provide a wide range of full-service testing and review, staffing the project with up to 4 individuals at any given time. Construction services provided by Duffield Associates included:
